Although after hours Tim responded right away and was available for a call right away. We set up a free consultation for the next day. Tim was flexible when our time, let us know 30 minutes before he arrives that he is on the way, and arrived early.
He spend some time tracing the issues and discovered that there was a lose line that was burning and causing the issue. He quickly got it capped correctly. Not only did he fix the issue he also educated us on what to do with the old electric in our house and made a few simple adjustments to avoid issues like these.
Very please with Tim's work, attention to details, and his communication.
